A red bean has formed an unbreakable
bond with China
Shouldering the mission for decades,
enduring storms and hardships
In 1964, as a descendant of the Chinese nation,I went to Japan with my family from Taiwan to start a business in order to learn advanced Japanese science, technology, and management methods without the help of relatives or friends.
In 1985, invited by China's National Science and Technology Commission, I came to China for the first time. I gave a number of lectures in Beijing, Chengdu, Kunming, Shanghai and other places with the themes of "The 21st century is the era of Asia" and "China must develop the food processing industry". The leaders of the National Science and Technology Commission proposed that I establish a model food processing factory in Beijing, so I founded the "Kyo-nichi" red bean paste factory in 1987. In the more than 20 years since then, the food business I invested in China –Kyo-nichi– has continuously developed into a comprehensive enterprise covering integrated filling manufacturing, natural seasoning manufacturing, and the catering industry. Step by step in China, Kyo-nichi has sown seeds, taken root, germinated and thrived.
We not only focus on the construction of the factory itself, but also pay attention to teaching the operation methods and quality management concepts of food factories, and cultivating food professionals. We not only focus on our own development, but also hope to apply our experience and advantages to more enterprises, promoting the common development of the entire food industry. This is also the original intention of establishing Jingri - to firmly believe in the takeoff of the Chinese economy and contribute to the development of the Chinese food industry. The philosophy of Beijing and Japan is to join hands and look forward to the future together. Let's work together to create safe, stable, and reassuring food, promote the harmonious development of nature, society, and humanity, and make the branches and leaves of Beijing and Japan flourish, and the trees become forests!
Everything starts with a "?". With the rich sensibility and vigorous curiosity of
a child, we always keep flexible thinking to continuously challenge and innovate.
